This leadership experience explores how to amplify performance, learning and engagement for individuals and teams.
A Coaching Approach to Leadership Badge demonstrates the ability to create a “coaching culture” in which a team intentionally practices ways to support and challenge each other.
Over the course of the program, participants
- Practice tools that allow them to be more strategic about the conversations they have with those around them.
- Practice the GROW model, a coaching model created by Sir John Whitmore to engage others in taking ownership of challenges and in setting goals.
- Practice the Feedback Model, a model designed by Mark Bell to give and receive honest feedback aimed at improving performance.
- Engage in conversations about the benefits and challenges in applying these methods in both a one-to-one and team setting.
- Become more potent leaders, regardless of title or authority.
